Classes taught in English.
My journey into yoga wasn't casual—it has been a daily commitment for the last six years. I am a practitioner first and a teacher second.
I practice Vijnana Yoga, a unique stream of yoga that is currently rare to find in Madrid. My approach is born from six years of uninterrupted daily Sadhana (practice) and deep study. I believe that yoga is not just about performing shapes, but about listening to the body with intelligence and compassion.
I teach exclusively in English, creating a space for Madrid’s international community and locals alike to explore a practice that unifies the body, the breath, and the mind. While I am currently finalizing the formal requirements of my teacher training certification, I teach with the full endorsement of my mentor, sharing the insights gained from thousands of hours on the mat.
Vijnana is a practice that seeks to heal the split between different yoga traditions. If you have ever felt torn between wanting a hard workout and wanting a spiritual practice, this is the bridge.
Precision: We use the detailed alignment and intelligence found in Iyengar Yoga.
Flow: We move with the breath and rhythm found in Vinyasa.
Softness: We respect the body’s organic limits, similar to traditional Hatha.
Why Vijnana? I am currently the only instructor offering this specific lineage in the city. If you are looking for a practice that is physically engaging but deeply meditative—without being rigid—I invite you to join me on the mat.
